Three bids and theirs was the only one that named the shingle by standard instead of by brand, listed the nail pattern, and gave me a per-sheet price for decking before anyone was on the roof. Nothing changed on the final invoice.

Paid for the inspection expecting to be told I needed a roof. Got a report saying the field had about six years left and two flashings needed attention. They did the flashings and left. I have the file if I need it later.
